Deyanna believes she can assist in shifting the consciousness of the collective by reprogramming the mind with visual aids. She adds, "All change starts within, with the subconscious mind".  She has devoted decades of her life practicing kundalini yoga, which is a practice that dates back to the origin of man, Lemuria, and Ancient Egypt(some even mention Atlantis). Kundalini Yoga is designed to awaken the dormant spiritual energy, leading to a heightened state of consciousness and spiritual awakening.  With these practices, Deyanna can ground down light codes needed to activate all 10 bodies, not only within herself but also others.
